How To Use

We designed our H2+ Hydrogen Tablets to be easy to use and fast acting. Here’s how to use them:

• Get 330ml of OH-1 or OH-2 filtered purified drinking water.
• Add 1 x H2+ Hydrogen Tablets to obtain up to 12.4ppm hydrogen, or add 2 x H2+ Hydrogen Tablets to 500ml of OH-1 or OH-2 filtered purified drinking water, to increase unto ppm to 17-18.
• Wait 1-2 minutes.
• The tablets are effervescent, meaning they’ll react and bubble in the water. It’s normal for the water to turn grey while the tablet dissolves. You may want to lightly stir or swirl the water occasionally. When the bubbling stops and tablet floats to the top.
• Chug it down immediately.
• Before the hydrogen gas disappears, if you let it disappear, there is no benefit to drinking the water.

Recommend Amount

We recommend using a minimum of 1 x H2+ Tablet in 330ml of water, twice a day. If you want more benefits, increase that up to 3 times a day.

Suggested use
