Our Story
Founded by Craig and Pete, Optimal Hydration began as a collaboration rooted in mutual respect and a shared passion for health.
Craig, already running a successful water purification company, first met Pete as a client of PEMFiT Ltd, where Pete had developed PEMFiT Source: a purified-electrolyte water used during pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy. Their professional relationship quickly evolved into a deep friendship grounded in shared values, curiosity, and a belief to help others with the power of cellular hydration.
Both had faced significant health challenges. Through determination, research, and innovation, they each found their way back to wellness, largely through optimising their hydration.
Their combined expertise, Craig in advanced water purification, Pete in PEMFiT cellular therapy and performance, formed the foundation of Optimal Hydration Limited, a company built to serve others with the same tools that changed their own lives.

Pete
Founder of PEMFiT Ltd, Pete is an expert in PEMF therapy and cellular health. After developing PEMFiT Source, he saw firsthand how hydration enhances recovery and performance, especially at the cellular level.
