Absolutely brilliant. I’ve got rid of my kettle due to it having the boiling water feature. As it’s easy to use My kids can use it. We all use it daily for teas, coffees, filling up bottles, even add boiling water to pans for cooking. I’ve got peace of mind and ease. Definitely recommend it.
I was reccomended the hydrogen tablets and I admit, I was a little skeptical at first. I was advised to take them in the morning for a boost mentally and physically, however I'm an energetic active morning person anyway, so decided to take them mid afternoon when I naturally feel a slump, about 2/3PM. I've found they work superbly in giving me a physical and mental boost to smash the rest of the afternoon in a healthy, positve way rather than taking excess caffeine or something similar.
Excellent help for morning boost
I've been using the OH-E+ natural electrolytes for around a year now and I've noticed a huge difference in my hydration. Since adding these electrolytes to my water I have noticed a significant improvement to my detoxification, clearer cognition, reduced inflammation and many more benefits. I'm sure there are lots of passive benefits that aren't so clear to see as well as those, which contribute to my improved overall health.
Since only a small amount of E+ is needed, I've found the bottles can last a good length of time, despite being used so regularly.
Another thing to note is the taste, there isn't a strong particular flavour, but I do notice an improved taste to the water after adding E+; and, unlike most electrolytes, E+ doesn't have that strong salty aftertaste.
I would 100% recommend OH-E+ to anyone!

Since starting H2+ I have felt less foggy headed and more physically active. I take the dissolvable hydrogen tablet in warm filtered water first thing in the morning, it quenches my thirst and tastes really good as my first drink of the day. To compliment the hydrogen I am adding E+ natural electrolytes ( ionic fulvic acid) to filtered water during the day and night to hydrate my brain and body after years of health issues and I feel much better with myself knowing I am giving my body the best natural minerals boost it needs.
I love these natural electrolytes as they are made from ionic fulvic acid, which is so beneficial as it goes directly into the cells and delivers essential minerals :)
